Does anyone have any good recommendations for a Property Management company based in London, preferably South East (but not esential).
We are a group of sixty odd flats who have been with the same company for years and for various reasons have never looked to change despite the fact that the company are appalling - unresponsive, unprofessional etc etc
Any recommedations welcomed!

They are based in Gravesend but I know they have blocks in London.They have been very good since taking over. When I lived in a block in South London they were the managers and were fine, there, too.
It's all a bit of a lottery though! The most important thing is the property manager themselves and our current one is excellent.0
