Hello, has anyone any idea if this would even be viable to try and reclaim my late Dads ppi, who was made bankrupt, which was over 6 years before his death? Thanks

Any redress will go to the OR.
You'll need to ask them to put in a complaint, not you.0 -
Ok, thank you.0

And seeing as the OR would keep the money to pay the unpaid creditors, this basically means don't waste your time.0

I'm afraid a PPI complaint in which bankruptcy is a factor would be a non-starter even if your father was still alive. PPI redress is a pre-bankruptcy asset which belongs to the Official Receiver for re-distribution to former creditors. So even if you did complain on your father's behalf, no money would ever come to you. This applies no matter how long ago the bankruptcy was..Shimmershine wrote: »Hello, has anyone any idea if this would even be viable to try and reclaim my late Dads ppi, who was made bankrupt, which was over 6 years before his death?
