Can't believe I'm even writing this. But today I received another letter from Gladstones; they've assigned a new 'reference number' to this claim and are pursuing it again! Surely this is not allowed. How on earth should I even reply? It's bordering on harassment now. Is there any precedent for this happening, and any effective way of getting them to finally leave me alone?0

What do you mean by "assigned a new 'reference number'"?
Have you received a new County Court Claim Form?
If not, what exactly have you received?7 -
This sounds like an error to me. If the case was already heard and a ruling was given it would be impossible surely. I'd certainly be pointing that out...{Signature removed by Forum Team - if you are not sure why we have removed your signature, it's probably Gladstones}3

Could it be another PCN? Must be.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

You need to ascertain whether this is an error or another PCN. If it is another PCN issued in exactly the same circumstances as the case whereby a ruling has been given then I think that you may be able to use estoppel. The regulars will be more clued up about estoppel. Circumstances have to be exactly the same.

you need to see when the pcn was issued if same day then hit them with a sar on details thay hold on you and ask to see proof of parking again , then go to court and this time claim against them for harassment and let the judge rule on what you get , hit them hard for what thay are doing7
