Neutrogena Visibly Clear Light Therapy Acne Mask recall refund

Hi we bought one of these Neutrogena Visibly Clear Light Therapy Acne Masks from Chemist4U and have now had an email from them to say that Neutrogena have recalled them on safety grounds. They just want pictures of the mask we have, including lot numbers and they will refund but only in form of a voucher.
Surely they should be refunding cash??
What right do I have to insist on cash??
