Car insurance Cheapest always the best option?

Car insurance is up in a couple of days and just been doing the standard searches After a phone call to my insurer ( Tesco ) got it down from 580 to 530 but the comparison sites come up with two cheaper options - Quote me happy £430 - General Accident £440 . The issue is that both are online services only and the reviews…

Thanks to everyone for taking the timeout to respond . Went with Tescos in the end as all the phone calls I made to them were answered within 2 minutes and not too sure if I could take the stress if I was in accident and had to rely on emails .
