Received a parking ticket from P4PARKING and stupidly didn’t ignore it. My appeal was rejected and has now gone up to £100. Can I just ignore it still or am I in too deep and will I have to appeal via POPLA now (2 days to appeal left)
PLEASE HELP

It did not GO UP at all, it was always £100 with a 40% reduction for early payment
Draft a popla appeal and get it submitted this week
Stop dawdling and get on with it, because we won't write it for you
You could ignore it, but then you will be chased by debt collectors for up to 6 years and possibly end up in court. Is that really what you want ?0 -
You’re right I don’t fancy 6 years of that0
