Hi my sister has done probate for our mum to sell her house. This was issued last week. The solicitor dealing with the house sale has told my sister mums middle names are not on probate but are on house deeds. Will we have to go through probate again now? We are so stressed as we also have our dads asbestos death case and that solicitor dealing says we can not delay no more. Probate took weeks help

My mother's probate had the middle name on but the deeds - didn't make any difference. In fact her birth cert had 2 middles names - one of which got dropped a very long time ago.
If the solicitors have evidence that it is the same person they should just get one with it0 -
Thanks. I will get my sister to tell the solicitor to get on with it all0
