Redundancy Payments Service

I’m hoping someone in the know can help. I have been since last week in vain, yesterday and today (no kidding) to speak to someone on the redundancy payments helpline. There is only one number but it’s constantly been engaged no matter what time of day I ring.

I am having much trouble trying to fill in the redundancy form in respect for monies owed. I was awarded compensation in October 2017 for unfair dismissal ( I was dismissed by the company director) and unpaid holiday pay by an Employment Tribunal which was enforced by a County Court. The company have now gone into liquidation. But given I was dismissed and not technically made redundant I just don’t know what figures to put on the form or how to fill it in.

Do I just send the redundancy service copies of the tribunal awards and the county court judgements?
