Hi all, I have just started my ppi claim using the resolver tool. I would like to know, do I have to make a separate claim for peeving or is it all included in my initial claim. Any help would be grateful.

Plevin is automatically looked at on rejected complaints. So, you make no reference to it.

Any PPI complaint will automatically be considered for a PLEVIN refund of undisclosed commission if there is no mis-sale found. A successful PPI complaint will see a refund of all monies paid, so PLEVIN will not apply.

So you do not need to make two complaints about the same finance..
