I moved to Yorkshire Energy in August 2018. I was aware they took my monthly payment in advance this was set at £51. My actual useage did mean I built up a credit balance. All electric, with SP, 8600kW per annum average over the last decade, readings supplied 6 weekly, 60% night / 40% day use.

I use CAC [Calculated Annual Consumption] so:

CAC=±8600÷12=716x tariff. This is my budget plan, their accountingBOT can't interfere, I'm always just over-paid per month / annum.
