Vanquis CC claiming I'm not able to change address

I'm moving back to Australia after 4 years in the UK and trying to do the right thing by changing my address so that I'm still getting correspondence to the right place. I've had no issues with changing my address to an Australian one so far however Vanquis is claiming it's written in their terms and conditions that I can't have an address outside of the UK. I've read their terms and conditions thoroughly and can't find anything mentioning addresses.
The advice I was given from their call centre was that they recommend if people go on working holidays for them to not change their address. I asked if they were saying they wanted me to still keep paying rent for the address and they said no, just don't change it.
I advised that some random will be living in the property shortly and they just kept on with "Don't change your address"
Can anyone advise if what they're saying is right?

No, you must change your address to your correct correspondence address. Otherwise they can't get in contact with you. Vanquis likely only supply cards to people that reside in the UK.
They don't have to accept an international address.
You have 2 choices here - keep the address as is, or close the account.0 -

Indeed - https://www.vanquis.co.uk/credit-cards does state in more than one place:Vanquis likely only supply cards to people that reside in the UK.
They don't have to accept an international address.
You have 2 choices here - keep the address as is, or close the account.
so the clear implication is that anyone ceasing to be a UK resident ceases to be eligible to use the product.Vanquis Visa Card is only available to UK residents over 180
