IMH files

I downloaded a free keylogging software from ZEDnet (a long story as to why) and when I see the files in the folder they are .imh. Now I've tried reading them with word, notepad, excel but it just shows a load of rubbish. I think I may have not unticked the box that says always open with this media as well. Can someone please tell me how I can read these files. I have a feeling they have something to do with Incredimail but I don't want to get suckered in to agreeing something with them that I don't want.
Alternately could someone recommend a free keylogging program that I can install that I can read with either notepad or something else. Thanks

Thanks I've sent Incredimail an email asking how I can read the files. Hopefully they'll answer me without me having to sign up for some email package or worse.
