can anyone reccomend a bottle of wine? i've never had wine before and seeing as it's a pound, i might try some.
i'm a cider drinker if that means anything.
I'm a cider girl and my choices from the list would be any of the Rose wines. I fancy trying the Stowells sparkling rose."Stay Wonky":D

I am partial to the odd bottle of cider myself - someone posted this link a while back that you might want to check out

not good for money saving though0 -
We love the Campo Viejo, and at £3 a bottle, it's an absolute bargain!
Unfortunately, I tried to order these online, and was restricted to one of each type.
Bought a couple instore last night, and they had to put them through manually, so didn't get the "vouchers" - they just wrote on the receipts. Which is OK for me (as I'm not going to but the big ones, as the small ones are much cheaper), but no good if they were for Christmas presents!!0 -
In our Asda the SEL still says £1.50 or 4 for £5 - are they going through the till cheaper than this? (too busy this morning to try in case they weren't)If you think you are too small to make a difference, try getting in bed with a mosquito!0

It's the normal small bottles that are £1.50 (or 4 for a fiver). The wine tasters are in a separate section.
I noticed tonight that, even though they are only £1, you still get £2 off a bottle.0 -
i wonder if tesco will accept my asda colleague card?#
oh the hilarity if they would.
also, i helped a few customers get a few quid off today who bought a full bottle of wine and a few of the same tasters for other people by putting the tasters through on their own as a sale first, then using the vouchers for their main bottles rather than using them the next time.helpful tips
it's spelt d-e-f-i-n-i-t-e-l-y
there - 'in or at that place'
their - 'owned by them'
they're - 'they are'
it's bought not brought (i just bought my chicken a suit from that new shop for £6.34)0 -

Err-why would you want to use the vouchers anyway-£2 off means you pay £3.95 for 75cl-why not just buy a further 3 Mini bottles.?!!!
Especially on the "sparkling wine" which goes off overnight, so if u only want a small glass each, no waste, plus you can offer a choice of wine to each person0 -

I would guess its because it looks like they are getting rid of all the taster bottles but the vouchers will allow you to get cheap wine until March next year0
