I see they are offering the Isa option free for the year.
They also allow investing in vanguard ETFs.
All for free.
Is there any reason not to use them as your platform?
Also any reason for or against using the isa option instead of basic account?
Thanks.

My interpretation of their offer is that you would pay £3 per month for your ISA once the free period ends in "late 2019". This fee does no apply to a basic account, it seems.Reed0

One reason you might not want to use them as your main portfolio initially is that, as a new platform, they may not have all the features that you currently have or would expect with more established rivals. They also don't currently have the range of shares and funds of some other platforms but are adding to this day to day. Once their bespoke Investment Platform is launched they will apparently be able to expand this significantly. Here is a link to their Open Roadmap:

This in particular is an interesting planned feature:

I believe they are due to be added shortly to this platform charges calculator, comparing DIY and Robo investment platforms:

The ISA as mentioned above is currently free but I believe will be bundled into the Alpha package along with free instant trades.

So, no reason not to try them out, especially with the referral offer of a free share/fund via the referrals board, however you may wish to hold or open an account with a more established platform (without exit fees) in the meantime.
