BW Legal county court claim form

Please help so on 16/07/2019 I received a county court claim form for an ANPR in a premier park limited car park I have not received anything previous to this it is for an old car in 2015 I have only ever used this car park once and remember driving in then driving back out. They want £247 from me what so I do? I have read other threads but not found anything for an incident 4 years on.. thank you so much

there are hundreds of court claim threads on here this year alone for incidents of 3 to 5 years ago, nearly every other one is , inclouding this one

post the ISSUE date from the top right of the claim form

post the full POC minus any personal info

post the costs breakdown and total being claimed

email a SAR to the DPO at PP immediately to get all docs , pics and data on you and your vehicle, attaching a copy of the claim form as proof of ID under GDPR

note :- A SAR is 30 days for the deadline to reply

ps:- contact the MSE admins and get your name changed to something anonymous like kitkat09 or truffle58 or whatever

Did you not receive a LETTER BEFORE CLAIM ???

You do not owe £247, BWLegal are scamming you for a fake amount
