Plumber 1st and 2nd fix
Renovation
I've just been quoted by a plumber as below for a refit of a 1.4 sqm shower room encompassing toilet (saniflo compact) and basin.
1st fix plumbing - supply of water and waste to appliances (before they are installed) £492 (net of vat) -
2nd fix plumbing - installation of the appliances £648 (net of Vat)
Does that seem excessive ?

I think you better have a remeasure, 1.4 m2 isn't big enough for a shower, basin & wcI'm only here while I wait for Corrie to start.
You get no BS from me & if I think you are wrong I WILL tell you.0 -
Good point, I should of typed 1.4m x 1.4m0
