Covering exposed RSJ on garage

Afternoon everyone!

Currently rebuilding part of the garage wall to fit a new garage door.

I opted for a steel 2.8m RSJ over concrete based on cost (the RSJ cost me nothing).

Once the new wall is built and the RSJ is in it will need covering at the front. (to protect and to make it look something like).

What do you recommend it's covered over with?

I'm hoping the RSJ will sit flush with the brick work at the front so anything over will cover quite nice.. however, the wall is only going to be single skin and i need the rear of the wall flush to accommodate the garage door fixings so i've a feeling it could protrude out a little but i've not spoke to my builder again yet.

Thanks.
