Drivers are allowed to park in accordance with the t&c’s of use. ANPR cameras and/or manual patrols are used to monitor vehicles entering + exiting the site.
Debt + damages claimed the sum of £182. Violation date: 03/01/2018

The claimant claims the sum of 204.30 for the monies relating to parking charge per above including 22.30 interest pursuant to S.69 of the county courts act 1984.
Rate 8% pa from dates above to 16/07/2019.
Same rate to judgement or (sooner) payment
Daily rate to judgement - 0.04
Total debt and interest due - 204.30

The claimant believes that the facts stated in this claim form are true and I am duly authorised by the claimant to sign this statement

Thanks for the links re photo date. I was trying on Desktop windows 10 and currently using iOS 12.4

the properties in win10 file explorer (windows explorer) tell you the date a picture was taken and the date it was last accessed (I just tried it)

there will be no letter , just a DEFENCE that will be signed and dated and saved as a pdf and emailed as an attachment when completed

Just a thought …

Can you show us the images you sent to PoPLA so that we can see if the metadata was available to the assessor, but they failed to do their job properly?
If the date and time were actually embedded in the appeal, then you should complain to the BPA and lead PoPLA assessor that their negligence (and lies) has resulted in a court case against you.
In addition, if the data was available then the scammers also had access to it and should not have started the claim in the first place, which of course should be brought to the attention of the court/judge.

Glad you got the pic Fruitcake - pic was taken on 19th January 2018 at 9.31am (i know the precise time due to sending it on a whats app, there and then). location is Stockport.
Also yes, this was the image used at POPLA.

The only metadata I can see is the date I imported it onto my PC, but it might be possible for you to see it on the original, especially the original device that was used to take it.

I don't know if any of the other regulars can hep, but Redx has certainly given you one pointer. The Techie forum may also be able to help, especially with the image you sent to PoPLA. Being able to show that the date stamp was on that particular image will help you greatly with your case and with complaints to the BP and PoPLA lead assessor.

Hey, just an update. I sent off the SAR letter and had received a reply from CEL.

It is basically a stapled bunch of documents including all the letters they have sent, pictures on my car entering and leaving the car park, and pictures of signage. Which most of the signs are blurred on, how convenient!

There’s also an assessor form from a Carly Law at POPLA explaining why my appeal was unsuccessful with them, and as I knew, it was down to my picture not being dated.

I have been abroad for just over a week, so I am back to getting the defence letter perfected and I will post a draft copy in a couple of days. If you would be so kind to critique
