Information on how to enter and the prize form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Entry is only open to those aged 18 years or over.
Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. By entering the competition, the entrant consents to receive email communications from Cruise & Travel Asia and Dream Cruises, and acknowledges that the entrant is aged 18 years or over and that they agree to these full Terms and Conditions;
Submit the fully completed online entry form.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. This letter is valid for redemption during the following period: from 15 September 2019 to 29 Feb 2020, both days inclusive (“Valid Redemption Period”).
Bookings are subject to stateroom availability, based on first-come, first-served basis. Please make advance reservation at least 1 month before the intended departure date. The Prize is applicable for cruises departing on the following dates: from 18 Aug 2019 to 29 Mar 2020, both days inclusive. Notwithstanding the aforementioned, the Prize shall not be applicable for cruises departing on: statutory and public Holidays or such other dates as may be specified by Dream Cruises at its sole and absolute discretion from time to time.

The Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers, is not for sale or re-sale, and shall not be exchangeable, redeemable or refundable for cash or any other items or services, and is not transferable.

Passengers shall be subject to the terms and conditions in the Passage Contract of Dream Cruises’ website at dreamcruiseline.com. Dream Cruises reserves the right to cancel or change the port of call / itinerary / price / entertainment program without any prior notice. Dream Cruises is entitled to replace the prize with another cruise of similar value to this one without any additional compensation or liability if the reserved cruise is revised or canceled.
This letter can be redeemed once only. This letter shall be automatically forfeited if it is not redeemed within the Valid Redemption Period, and the Prize shall accordingly be forfeited without further notice. No extension of the Valid Redemption Period will be granted. Neither departure date or passenger name can be changed once reservation made. The Prize shall be deemed null and avoid if the winner cancels the trip or does not board the ship due to issues related to travel documents.
Dream Cruises shall be under no obligation to issue a replacement letter if this letter is lost, damaged or stolen.
Dream Cruises reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions herein (being governed by the laws of Singapore), as well as vary the Prize at any time without prior notice.
Should any dispute arise in relation to this letter, the Prize and the terms and conditions herein, the decision of Dream Cruises shall be final and binding.
