Thanks so much again and I will do0

Hi again!
WS pack has been sent and the solicitor came back and asked for documentation for proof of leasehold/freehold, otherwise if I force its client to enter final hearing then they will seek reasonable cost against me.
No idea what they are on about as my certificate of share of freehold (with my name on it!) as well as the letter that confirmed I am the owner are already part of the WS pack (sent to the Court, Solicitor and its client) . I don't really enjoy their intimidating way of speaking too.
May I ask if anyone has any idea as to what the solicitor is actually after?0 -

This is typical junk sent out by BWLegal
You are not forcing anyone to "enter final hearing", the PPC should know what they are doing in the first place and BWL are as clueless as they always are ... due care and attention ?
Of course it is you who will claim reasonable costs when you win.
Considering they are claiming a false amount and practice abuse of process which they are getting spanked for by the courts, three things can happen ...
1: The courts strike out the claim for abuse of process
2: They spank BWLegal again and dismiss the claim
3: They discontinue the claim
Will they win ? with your defence, doubt it and you claim your costs. BWLegal brought the claim without due care and attention and now they are trying to put the onus on you ... what rubbish
Once this is over then a severe complant should be sent to the SRA about the mal-practice of BWLegal0 -
Thank you for your quick response! Much appreciated!
So should I send the documents to them "again" so they have no more excuses or am I ok to ignore them given that they should already have what they needed!?0 -
Email them a sarky reply saying: ''you appear to have missed reading my exhibits properly - do keep up - and I will seek costs against your client when I prevail''.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thanks Coupon-Mad!
I found out that the parcel was delivered and signed for after they have sent their email so I will simply say they should now have what they needed, (but in fact their Client already had the document they required few years ago when I lodged my appeal against POPLA! )0
