Premier Parking Solutions Ltd query

Hello lovely MSEr’s.
Today, a random vehicle of unknown driver :rotfl:had a parking fine slapped on the windscreen when the paid for parking ticket was incorrectly displayed upside down.
I have been provided with a photo of the car park signage and the company managing this car park appear to be Premier Parking Solutions Ltd and the sign states they are BPA registered, however their website makes no mention of this but says they are an approved IPC operator.
Before I get into this up to my elbows, I’ve looked at both registers but can’t find this company being registered. Am I wrong?
Thanks in advance for any input

Nobody has received a fine.
PPS are IPC members. It took me less than 20 seconds to find them on the IPC AOS list.

Send the appeal template in blue text from post 1 of the NEWBIES around day 26, unaltered from the keeper.
Read up on what to do next if/when it is rejected.
What happened when the keeper complained to the landowner?
The keeper should also complain to their MP about this unregulated scam.
Get your own pics of the site and signage asap, and check whether the BPA or IPC roundel is shown. This determines which AOS/ATA the scammers claim to be in.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks0 -
They probably are BPA members ( membership of the BPA)
But are not members of their AOS section, hence your confusion0 -
Premier Parking Solutions Ltd are members of the BPA, but it is their membership of the IPC's Accredited Operator Scheme that is important.0

This is the pic I have been provided. Is that adequate as the keeper of the vehicle missed out the bottom BPA bit in full.
Thanks for replies thus far. I’ll take a look at the template I'm a nutter :j0 -
That sign is rubbish. The font is far too small to read the charge for failing to comply with the Ts and Cs, and wholly dissimilar to the signs in the Beavis case.
It does however show that the PPC is an IPC AOS member.
You still need your own pics of the site and signage to show how it would be impossible for a motorist to read from a moving vehicle, or even parked unless it was right next to a sign and a magnifying glass was used.
Have a look at what at least one judge has said about overturned tickets.

It is widely believed that the PPCs use these types of tickets instead of adhesive ones, and that they are designed to curl up and flip over in a short space of time.
This could be a good experiment, Buy a ticket and take a video of it to see if it does indeed curl up and flip over.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks0 -

Not sure how I missed that; apologies

No mention of landowner on signage that I can see, but I’ve requested a copy of the PCN as it is with him 200 miles away from me at the mo, to see if it’s on there.

From whom? Not the scammers themselves I hope. They won't provide anything that will help your case. Quite the opposite in fact. Tis applies to the landowner as well.
You need to get your own.
What type of car park was it? Hospital, retail outlet, residential etcetera?I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks0 -

No, from a male human who is in the area working, but thanks for the warning. I’ve told him to take several pics of the entry, any signs and show visibility of signs from parking areas. Apparently he thinks there is only this sign, by the entrance and located next to the pay machine.
It is a private car park located near to a travelodge hotel in Plymouth but not owned by them. At this moment, we don’t know who it is owned by.Send the appeal template in blue text from post 1 of the NEWBIES around day 26, unaltered from the keeper.

I’ve had a quick read up on newbies thread and it looks like the advice is with IPC authorised operators I need to wait for the Notice to Keeper to arrive before I do anything and then send the given template online via the appeals process. Is this the best way or should I wait until day 26 and act irrespective of whether the NTK has arrived?
I want to get this right as I ballsed up a previous penalty and gave in and paid.I'm a nutter :j0 -
Excellent. Well they may be stuffed on the bolt-on costs. The liability is to indemnify actual costs incurred.
Thus, no notional (liquidated damages) charges are permitted, this is actual out of pocket expense, specific to your case (not office overhead etc). If they cannot prove they've spent the court fees and £60 of debt recovery cost, then in principle they ought not to recover it.0 -

Sorry, you are right, and well done for picking me up on this.
Yes, wait for the NTK before the keeper appeals.
You should edit your opening post to remove information or implication about who parked. Only ever refer to The Driver and The Keeper, who are two different people.I married my cousin.
