    Thank you, I rang the court and they will be reissuing the paperwork. Then I got a letter from VCS with a notice of discontinuance! They are discontinuing all of the claim ��

    Great stuff. VCS chickened out because they knew their claim was utter rubbish

    Should I have recieved notification from the court that VCS have discontinued the case? Not heard and there's nothing on MCOL.

    Yes do that. If they can't confirm, you must continue with the defence process as if the claim will go to a hearing.
