NTK - New Generation Parking Management

Hi there,

I've recieved an NTK for a loan vehicle without a windscreen ticket. Engine was running, I was inside the car and these faux "parking enforcement officers" took a picture of my vehicle while they were in their car. They are AOS IPC members, though I'm not really sure whether it is even worth pursuing. Should I just send off the template or forget about it all together?

Thanks

P.S. Sorry if I've missed anything in the Newbies thread.

You look to have missed the advice on dealing with IPC companies

Send the template in the knowledge it will be rejected as an appeal and it's futile appealing to IAS

Read up on the wait and see/debt collectors stage you then go into in #4 of the FAQ

They have 6 years to start legal proceedings against you

If it comes to that then come back here for advice at the time on how to defend a court claim
