Toto Energy

I was a customer of Toto Energy for a very short time towards the end of 2017. After many chaser they issued me with a ‘final bill in Natch 2018 which was settled promptly. Customer services in writing confirmed that this was the final bill, Today after after nearly 18 months of leaving them I get a email with another bill with outstanding balance. I no longer live at the property and no do I have access to all the readings. I contacted customer services and they hang up after stating that the final bill should have been final. I have contacted them in writing providing evidence of the final bill paid more that 18 months ago. Any advice would be much appreciated.
