    10.97 for interest can be quickly dismissed by the judge on the basis as to why they took so long to bring a claim

    How they arrive at £182 is not known

    £100 + £25 + £50 = £175

    A sensible judge should really dismiss the case as being unreasonable in view of the obstruction.

    I didn't get any photos at time to be honest as I thought the driver was still within the 15 minutes (was only 3 minutes over in the end). However, I can get two witness statements from a passenger and passer by.

    Today I have submitted my AOS and emailed my defence. I will keep this thread up to date when I hear more.

    Doing the AoS was pointless if the Defence was filed the same day.
