BT Line Rental Saver Renewal page error?

Hi guys,

Sorry if this is irrelevant (please remove or move if appropriate) but does anyone else have Line Rental Saver with BT and are experiencing issues clicking on the renewal link on their webpage/email reminder?

Just want to check if this is a technical issue for me or there is actually an issue with their webpage. Thanks!

Could be them as my ALR renewal is stuck on payment .
As always clear cookies and history .

I keep getting an error page saying the page can't be found. Tried clearing history and cookies but no luck. That is weird!

Is there still a benefit with LRS / ALR? You get the equivalent of 1 month free?
