Hi All,
sorry but i did search on the Forums and there was 10 threads relating to this but none really have the same fine etc.
RE CPM - UK car Park management

I parked at the hospital and as far as I was aware i had paid for 5 hours.
the penalty charge notice i got sent was for :
FAILURE TO PAY FOR THE DURATION OF STAY .
17:32 - 21:56 4 hours 23 mins
The original pcn was sent to my company who passed on my details , however these are not upto date and were sent to my previous address .
I have now just been given 2 letters
the 1 st notice followed by the Formal Demand issued on the 18th June

Any help would be appreaciated

Did you read the NEWBIE sticky as well as searching on the forum (what were you searching for)? The sticky advises that you complain to PALS at the hospital - assuming it is a hospital car park and not one that is just nearby a hospital. If this fails you then send the blue text appeal already written for you in NEWBIE sticky post #1.
