PCN issued whilst i was away

Hi , I'm finding this all a little overwhelming, I have been away, on my return I have two letters a PCN from UK parking Patrol Office dated 15/5/19 and then a reminder dated 13/6/19.and today i have the first debt recovery letter. I can't appeal i'm guessing because its too late? What should i do? Thanks in Advance

Try an online appeal using the template in blue text from post 1 of the NEWBIES, sent from the keeper. If that won't work, then send it by post, first class from a Post Office counter and get a free proof of posting.

If the NTK was non PoFA compliant then add a one liner to that effect, making sure that the driver's identity is not revealed.

If it is rejected for being too late then you go into ignore mode unless you get real court papers.

What happened when the keeper complained to the landowner?

You should also complain to your MP about this unregulated scam.

Thanks for the speedy reply, the keeper and driver are the same person.

You really need to read the stickies/FAQs. Once you have done so repost with much more detail.

    EDIT POST 3 NOW!

The Driver and The Keeper are two different people! ;) The Keeper has protections in law (the PoFA 2012) that the driver does not.
Never reveal the driver's identity, not even on here. Parking scammers read these fora and have been known to use posts from here at the appeal stage and in court.

Once you have corrected your post, go back and read the NEWBIES. It is not something you can skim read so you will need several brews and biccies.
Make notes as you go and print or write out the acronyms in post 5 for reference.
