Hi,
I am organising a charity event, and was wondering how to get a burger/food van to the event. Is this possible please? If so, how? Thanks

If you post in local Facebook groups about your event, you're sure to have loads of local vans asking if they can come. You can also post on sites like stallfinder.com - be specific about what you will/won't allow. Most people will ignore what you've written anyway but at least then you know who will listen to what you say at the event!
Make sure they have adequate insurance and provide you with a risk assessment. Also, get in writing how you will split profits or whether they will pay a fixed fee. If your event is small, I'd also try to agree on their prices before the event. If they are very expensive, make sure you're getting a good cut!0 -
Go to similar events and car boot sales etc. and the people in the vans there. As well as getting contact details, you will be able to assess quality of food, prices and cleanliness etc.0

Just contact ones that have the vans. A quick google search shows that mother clucker does it and many more0

We run quite a few events in our local area. Facebook is by far the best place to ask for attendance.0

Its easy, use google or check out local events, even a car boot sale may have a burger van, any sports events on, you might find there's a van or 2 there.0
