in Techie Stuff
I have tried everything and still get stuck on lighting bolt with settings clog wheels. I have downloaded windows device recovery tool but I get the message windows recovery tool has stopped working. A problem caused the programme to stop working properly. Do not know what else I can do I have followed instructions how to reset but still no luck? Can anybody offer some advice.
