    Take to court, Schedule 2 of the CRA 2015 and the 3 BEAVIS case quotes and POFA sch 4, but you don't have to print any of those things out in advance (save your ink for now). Statute law and Supreme Court decisions are easily in reach of the Judge and do not have to be filed & served to anyone in advance.

    So original hearing was postponed until today and DJ Giddins at Southampton struck the claim out. I’ll provide full details in due course but thanks everyone for supporting the interim.

    Well done...will be looking forward to reading yet another Bwl spanking.
    I keep myself updated waiting for my turn...but the rate it's going won't be long before they are not even allocate to a hearing when pointed out the ones with the fake amount  or whatever they make up is brought to the courts attention...We hope 🤞
