Reading the requirements i think it means you can't get the £65 wk but you can apply for the start up loan?0

Here is a link to information on this. I recall there have been issues with convincing JC staff that you can go on it, and also with getting the ongoing support, so she would do well to read up as much as she can on recent regs regarding this as these rules do change etc. This is a link that is 2019, so hope it helps...
