Tredaire Dreamwalk v Cloud 9 Cumulus

I'm looking to purchase some underlay and am trying to choose between the Tredaire and the Cloud 9. Both are 11mm thick and the foam type (described as PU/APT rebond).
Does anyone have any views?
Tredaire seems to offer better sound insulation, whilst Cloud 9 seems to offer better heat insulation.

Good afternoon: We've used Cloud 9 as well...no problems to date....bought it and gripper rods online here and saved ££.

I've been told this too, however the person who told me had actually laid the underlay upside down!0 -
Hi guys
I bought the Dreamwalk stuff and am gonna lay it this week before the carpet fitters come.
Used to have the Rubber stuff which is heavy so doesn't move much but was wondering if the PU stuff needs to be stapled down or anything first as its quite light.
Cheers

#we have cloud 9 cumulus all over the upstairs. It has excellent sound and heat insulation, is very comfy to walk on - feels top quality, is quiet and uses recycled materials. I'm just about to purchase more for downstairs! try ebay for the best price.

Well update guess what our cloud 9 makes a noise! Sounds like walking on paper bags! Not bad enough to bother me really though, certainly not bad enough to complain and have it removed, yet anyway!0

sure its not been laid upside down?
Have had the 11mm cloud nine in most of the rooms in my house for around a year now, still feels great under foot. Has also made a huge difference in a link room i have over a driveway, feels a lot warmer.0 -
No the cloud 9 logo is facing upwards. Ironic isn't it .0
