Wickes Double Charging at Install?

We are just in our first house and saved hard for a new kitchen, going to Wickes for the kitchen and install. :j

At the end of the kitchen install, the Wickes Installer charged our family £130 "Specialist Works' for each installation of a Dishwasher/Washing Machine and Fridge, £390 in total. :(

The problem was, each appliance was put back in their original position feeding back to their original power and water source.

Re-reading the Wickes Installation T&Cs (Jan 2018), we found section 2. Prices, specifically 2.1.3 that says as part of the initial money we paid at the time of purchase, that amount included "installation of appliances to a suitable existing supply...".

In short we were being double charged.

We had to fight hard to get our money they double charged us back, but they only gave it back saying they were in their right to double charge us.

It just not sit right with us if the T&Cs that the Wickes Installers are allowed to charge for re-installing an appliance back into the exactly the same position it came from....! :undecided
