Parking Eye county court claim

I have received a county court claim from parking Eye for £295 and didn't think it was worth going through fighting it so figured I'd just pay.
I went on the on the parking Eye website and put in the reference number and it said I owed £100 I paid that straight away and got confirmation that it hase been paid off. My question is as it has technically been paid . I need parking eye to notify the county court to advise them that I have paid the fee. I have been trying to get through to parking eyes number to talk to someone about squaring this off as I do not want a CCJ on my credit rating. I am still within the month of this county court claim and I am trying to square things off and get this CCJ off my credit.. is there a way to pay the rest of as it is saying the amount has been paid according to the parking eye website but they haven't notified the county court that it is paid off.. any ideas on further steps on this to avoid a CCJ on my credit account.. I just want to square things off

The difficulty you have now is that ParkingEye will want more money. They have now spent £25 on raising a Court Claim.

Why didn't you post here before paying?

PE will continue to insist you owe more money.

They will want all of that £295 before discontinuing the claim, although you should be able to knock another £25 off as there will be no hearing.

What is the Issue Date on your Claim Form?

    Stop trying to phone ParkingEye.

You say you got a claim for £295 and as a result paid £100 off it online

Then tell us it's already a CCJ!

If you have received a judgement against you for £295 rather than a claim, then if you have decided to pay it off then you must pay the full amount within the month!

Send a cheque for the balance and a pro forma receipt listing the two amounts you have paid for them to sign with a SAE to send it back to you

You can then inform the Court if they don't do so

ParkingEye never charge £295 for one PCN, so are there 2 PCNs on the claim?
I am still within the month of this county court claim and I am trying to square things off and get this CCJ off my credit.
    What do you mean?

Within one month of a claim? Defend the thing!

    OR

Within one month of a default judgment as you ignored a claim a while back?
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

This is so confusing, I wish people would explain themselves clearly and answer the questions they are asked .

    Have you received a CCJ?

    If so for how much?

    How many PCNs?

In post 6, what is the it" which has been added?
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.

    Yes - see #3 above

You have a month from the date of the judgement to pay it (NOT the date it was added to your credit checking site)
