Once again, I most certainly didn't have a 'not bothered' attitude, but I had more pressing issues to deal with in life like the sudden loss of my father, going to work (and not being able to call o2 as much as I'd liked to) then later..redundancy (twice) and other family issues.
The point is, I shouldn't have had to contact o2 the number of times I did.0 -
No, you shouldn't have, this would have taken me less than a week to resolve 2 weeks at most, if it hadn't been sorted I'd have pulled the plug on them (cancelled contract).
