BT final bill in credit

Sixth Anniversary Combo Breaker

We’ve recently moved from BT to Virgin Media. BT sent us a final bill which states we are £537 in credit. The bill makes no sense at all to us.

The money has dropped into our account today. Basically do we query it or keep quiet?
