BW LEGAL (Premier parking Ltd )

Good aftenoon all..
I have read all the newbie stuff.... and can't quite find an answer to a few questions. Hope someone can advise.
Received 2 County Court claim forms for multiple parking charge notices. Plus a Letter of Claim for an other alleged additional 2 parking events. Yep Huge !!!!

The Claims Form states very vague stuff about PCN monies due with no information or particulars. How am i meant to defend this which I don't know the details ? They state full details have been delivered to me but I haven't received anything...Do I send SARS at this stage or does this only apply to Letter of Claim Stage?
BW Legal are debt collectors and more than likely bought said debt form Premier yes or no ? As Debt collectors cannot take me to court only the Parking company ? yes or no ?
Many Thanks for responses in advance

Nine times out of ten these tickets are scams so complain to your MP.

Parliament is well aware of the MO of these private parking companies, and on 15th March 2019 a Bill was enacted to curb the excesses of these shysters. Codes of Practice are being drawn up, an independent appeals service will be set up, and access to the DVLA's date base more rigorously policed, persistent offenders denied access to the DVLA database and unable to operate.

Hopefully life will become impossible for the worst of these scammers, but until this is done you should still complain to your MP, citing the new legislation.

Just as the clampers were finally closed down, so hopefully will many of these Private Parking Companies.
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.

OK, so they should have put them all into one claim to minimise costs & time for all concerned, so search the forum for:

    two claims? abuse of process

and copy the words about consolidating the claims (and the LBC) into one case, put those words into your draft defence as part of it, and keep repeating those words at each and every stage until a Judge notices - probably later, at WS & evidence stage, and the claims will be consolidated into one hearing, but only as long as you keep asking in writing.

The Claims Form states very vague stuff about PCN monies due with no information or particulars. How am i meant to defend this which I don't know the details ?
same as everyone else, do an advanced forum search for a post by me (spell my username exactly right with a capital C & hyphen, etc.), using the keywords 'perfect defence' and you will see how to structure it. Show us your draft!

Yes send a SAR by mail right now, this weekend, stating all the PCN numbers you know about. Get that done as it might come back in time.
BW Legal are debt collectors and more than likely bought said debt form Premier yes or no ?
No. Absolutely categorically not. This is Premier's Claim, you can see they are named as the Claimant on the two N1 forms.
As Debt collectors cannot take me to court only the Parking company ? yes or no ?
    No. BW Legal are solicitors.

What are the two issue dates of the two N1 claim forms?

Have you doe the AOS online on MCOL as the NEWBIES thread picture link shows?

Are they both about the same car park, which one, and what happened (do you know anything at all about the PCNs? permit car park? Pay & display? what?).
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
