Question, as the newbies thread says to send BW a letter notifying of requested SAR and asking for putting case on hold but above, you advise to let them know that the keeper is seeking debt advice? I am confused as the keeper isn't seeking debt advice...

Will paying resolve the issue and stop them chasing or is it likely they will still try the court to get more money?
Why would anyone pay £160 or more, to avoid paying nothing when they win at a hearing?

Stop reading old threads. That ancient LBC thread is not in the stickies.

A LoC is the same as a LBC so please read the NEWBIES thread post #2, you are simply at LBC stage like everyone else and have every chance of being among the 99% who win, by reading and learning from the resources already here.

Not asking questions on your thread in isolation as if this is all new. The thing is, you get an odd reply and that's it, here. So much more is waiting for you to read it.

In the NEWBIES thread, all is answered already, with examples.

You don't have to be doing so!

It's a tactic to try and get them to hold off!

No-one here is, but those are the magic words. Deny the debt but use those magic words.

Thank you. Just to be clear, do the keeper denies the debt in the letter to BW or just informing them that they are seeking debt advice?
Also, is there any thread in this forum with email addresses to PPCs? As can't find email address to Premier Park ltd on their webstite, only email for appeals but not sure if can use it for sending SAR?
    Thank you

Click on Data information at the bottom right of any of their webpages and you will be in their Privacy Policy.

Towards the bottom of their Privacy Policy, under the heading Contacting Us, is the email address you are looking for.

    Obviously both.

It makes sense to say both, this isn't anything you have to be legally minded to see.

So, when you read in the SAR section of the NEWBIES thread, to Google search the name of the parking firm and the word PRIVACY, your Googling found nothing?

No-one told you to go to the home page of their website and look.

    I missed it, I admit.
Does the scanned and signed copy of the letter to PPC has to be emailed or just plain email itself can be sent? I know that can send and email to BW but not sure on form of emailing PPC?
If it's another stupid question then I'm sorry.
    Very close to cave in...
