I'm not sure if this is a good thread to ask but I cant find one specifically relating to Starling. I have only just heard of Starling, and Monza. I have been with Halifax bank for years and use their app, with no real issues to be honest. In fact one time I noticed a suspiciuos debit I contacted Halifax asking about it. I was immediately made aware that it was a hacked payment and I was reimbursed in full, all within 15 minutes!! So good service there. My interest in Starling is I was asking about how bst to lift cash from ATM's when I go on holiday to spain in September. I already have a clarity card so will use that but some people were recommending Starling. So that has grabbed my interest so apart from being a very good option for foreign cash what about everyday use. Are they good option for general banking such as direct debits and transfers etc. Is the app good. What is their banking experience like as a whole. As I said not unhappy with Halifax but a change would be goodI started out with nothing......And still have most of it left:p0

Best to try it out for yourself. You are allowed to have more than one current account, and in fact, it is recommended to have more than one, in case there are any problems with one of them. FWIW, I like Starling (better than Monzo) but I am not wedded to any particular bank and I also have Halifax, Lloyds, Santander, TSB, HSBC and a few others....I'm not sure if this is a good thread to ask but I cant find one specifically relating to Starling.
