My OH used the wrong card and drew out £140 with my capital one credit card:mad: ive only had the card a week so have no bills to go and pay the money back.Can i just take my card into the bank and pay or do i have to have a bill?

You can pay without an bill, if you can set up a payment online via your internet banking. Remember that there is interest accruing each day and a % charge for cash transaction.
