After an iva

I have finished my iva in April and have the paperwork off the company to say.
After the iva had finished I applied to a bank for ppi and was told that I had some money owed. These were on two accounts way before the iva had started.
I have been told by the bank that the iva company have taken the money.
Is this right???????

Yes happened to me and went to the creditors and IVA company.

Should of claimed the PPI before the start of the IVA, you could of avoided the IVA altogether. Well done for finishing though.
