PCN cancelled after complaint to landowner - 2-0 to me!

Thanks to this forum and the advice given by the awesome members here, I've had a second PCN cancelled after assisting in compiling a successful complaint to the landowner on behalf of the RK :cool: Is there anywhere to share the letter I sent, or is that even something that's done? This one was Smart Parking at Fantasy Island, Skegness, the PCN was for incorrect vehicle registration input into the machine, as far as I can tell, as the NTK didn't actually say.

Thanks again for all the efforts put in here, as I said that's the second one I've had cancelled using this forum :T :T

Yes, please reply on the thread I link near the start of the NEWBIES thread, the one called 'SUCCESSFUL COMPLAINTS ABOUT PPCS'.

New posters appreciate some idea of what to write that will work.

Will do CM, thanks again. I did wonder if they'd agreed to cancel it because I had already sent your template reply directly to Smart, which I'm sure they recognised, so didn't think it worth pursuing!
