I guess my point is that there is a helpful recent judgment that you can print and take to the hearing and which directs a DJ pithily to the law. Most pertinently, it may also imbue a confidence that other judges are (correctly) excluding these advocates, so they should...Is there anything to draw from the judgment in this context, Johnersh?0
