It is reported on the forum that attempting to contact the store is doomed to failure and they generally tell you just to appeal to the PPC, strongly but politely worded complaints to Christian do the trick. Just use the Forum Advanced Search function with Lidl CEO as your search words and change the radio button from Threads to Posts to see what posters have said and the success they have reported.0

Sorry, but this will have nothing relevant to Christian Haertnagel. He will only deal with an Athena parking charge at an exclusive Lidl-only car park.
BWL and UKPPO have no link whatsoever to Lidl. I suspect this is a larger retail site, with multiple retailers serviced by it.
Go looking for the Managing Agent overseeing car park.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

Okay thanks for that. Do you think there's even might point in fighting this case. The vehicle was parked for more than 8 hour past the maximum stay with no ticket purchased. Should I just phone BW & try to come to an arrangement?0
