Pre-purchase survey

Hello,
We are in the proccess of buying a 1 bedroom flat in a popular location, the cost is 94.000.It was built in the 60s. We have carried out the survey and we are a bit worried about to what extend is a good purchase and how much we will have to spend later with some works:
Potential presence of asbestos
Leaking-Drainage (this needs to be changed soon, as urgent in the survey)
Require additional heating
Re-wiring
I am specially worried about the asbestos situation as it is a top floor and I guess if there is any asbestos on the ceiling it will affect the flat.
Please, can I ask what you think? Thank you! I am also thinking of arranging another survey to focus on the asbestos situation but I do not how much this will cost.

If you are buying a leasehold flat there is a chance the cost of asbestos removal or drains would likely be shared by all leaseholders unless inside the flat

Asbestos by and large can safely be left where it is, it's more a matter of being aware of its presence whenever you're doing something which would disturb it. What exactly have you been told about asbestos in the survey?
