3 successfully appealed tickets

Hello...this is my first post.
The parking at my block of flats is run by UKPC.
Over a period of 1 month, I got unfairly ticketed 3 times. I successfully appealed all 3 tickets but the process was stressful and wasted my time.
Is it possibly for me to hold UKPC accountable or get compensation?
Thanks in advance.

You mean like this chap?

Bear in mind, Mr Davey is a barrister, and he owned the land UKPC were trying to charge him for parking on. If you are a tenant imo you would have little chance.
However, a complain to your MP may inconvenience them as nine times out of ten these tickets are scams.
Parliament is well aware of the MO of these private parking companies, and on 15th March 2019 a Bill was enacted to curb the excesses of these shysters. Codes of Practice are being drawn up, an independent appeals service will be set up, and access to the DVLA's date base more rigorously policed, persistent offenders denied access to the DVLA database and unable to operate.
Hopefully life will become impossible for the worst of these scammers, but until this is done you should still complain to your MP, citing the new legislation.

Just as the clampers were finally closed down, so hopefully will many of these Private Parking Companies. .You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -

Your main aim should be to get the leaseholders together to object and reject the UKPC scheme as interfering with your leases, and get them removed asap:

Thank you. I will write to my MP and also look out for a more direct way of addressing this issue.0
