UPDATE

With them having not registered my payment after 3 weeks i decided to open a dispute with my bank in which the bank have temporarily refunded me my £160. Following this I got another threatening letter (through my email ��) saying I needed to repay in 14 days or the client will take further action, I have until the 14th August to make a decision. I believe the dispute is still open but I haven’t heard more from my bank. I replied telling them I will only pay if they can provide the evidence in I actually parked where they say I did.

Should I go back to ignoring them? Do I pay?

Are you seriously asking if you should pay given what happened last time you made that mistake?

If you want it to happen again go ahead.
