To close the loop - in the end we decided to:

    1) Consolidate my HSD SIPP into my Fidelity SIPP (already switched to ETF) for £500+fees incentive
    2) Move our S&S ISAs from Vanguard Investor to iWeb (funds)
    3) Stay with HL for LISAs (the app is good, switching into ETFs next tax year)
    4) Stay with Vanguard Investor for Junior ISAs (VTR fund, one transfering from OneFamily)

Overall that gives us total platform and trade costs of around £400 pa which is well under 0.1% of the investments. It is a concern having over £300k in one SIPP but that focuses my mind on building up the values of the other accounts (and our workplace pensions) to be comparable then it will seem less risky.
