Living in a static caravan -child benefits

My boyfriend is wanting myself and my children to move in with him at his caravan. Its situated on a site where we could stay 11months of the year. My question is- can i still receive child tax credits and child benefits living at a caravan? Hes not allowed post to be sent there, and has a po box. Would the hmrc accept that? Ive been looking online but cant find anything and i did try ringing tax credits but after 2 hours on hold and grumpy kids i couldnt wait anylonger.
Thanks
Thanks

If he has to vacate for one month and not allowed post, then it is a holiday park and not licensed for residential use. You are not allowed to use it as your permanent address.
I'm sure you can receive the Benefits living at a residential site. However, I don't know whether you can receive benefits to a PO Box address.(AKA HRH_MUngo)

Imagine someone holding forth on biology whose only knowledge of the subject is the Book of British Birds, and you have a rough idea of what it feels like to read Richard Dawkins on theology: Terry Eagleton0 -
Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Some rules may be different in other parts of UK.0

Are you giving up a permanent home to move your children to a place where you'll be homeless for one month every year?0

Thanks everyone. Yes its a holiday home site but you can stay for the whole duration. As for making my children homless, they wouldn't be homeless as there are local cottages we will be able to rent for that duration and the children will still go to school etc. I'm considering it to save money for a mortgage in the near future.0
